Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Support finance by handling petty cash, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to different teams as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is an added advantage.
