Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Support finance by handling petty cash, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to different teams as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is an added advantage.
