Director
Jactone Ocharo is a determined, dynamic, creative and enthusiastic public health professional, adept in leadership skills and richly knowledgeable in nutrition and health, operations research & finance, neuropsychology and Monitoring & Evaluation with a proven ability to provide highest level of health-related project management services. He has been engaged in various multisectoral projects such as USAID Afya pwani project as a regional RMNCAH assistant coordinator, UNHCR’s Community TB Case management program in Kakuma as capacity Development officer as well as Mercy Corp Kenya’s community resilient project in Turkana West. Besides, he has been a trainer for over 10 years in various leading institutions in the country including LVCT-Training Institute, African Institute of Research and Development studies (AIRADS), Great Lakes University, Mabati Technical Training Institute, Kenya College of Commerce, KMTC-Homabay Campus among others. He is currently serving as a board member of ADAKAR, a Community Based organization that implement research programs focused on Clinical and social anthropology among populations along Uganda, Sudan, Kenya and Ethiopian boarders.
