Requirements: Bachelor's degree in German Language, Linguistics, Education or a related field. Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1 or C2 level). Proven experience in teaching German to different age groups and proficiency levels (at least 1–3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and language structure. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and use digital tools for interactive learning. Excellent communication, patience and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.

For the successful candidate, it is important that he or she should have knowledge of the TVET CDACC curriculum and CBET standards. Having experience in setting up or managing a TVET institution would be an advantage since the job requires the trainer to play an important part in developing the institution.
